What a difference a week makes - 9 rolled out to Chapel Cross this week, where we almost depleted Rose’s supply of Victoria Sponge - much needed after Mr B slipped on diesel, requiring our amateur attempts at bike repair, then Mr SE punctured, and Mr Trims then felt obliged to beast the pack to make up time and get his coffee fix at the cafe. All got home safe. On Sunday, with Storm Freya looming, the Mighty BCC weren’t so mighty…. Burton Bradstock ride postponed, and a select 3 managed a 40 mile loop before the wind and rain got excessive - chapeau lads. The lily livered Zwifted - which is NOT the same as getting out riding, but we forgive them.
