Usual meet from 8.30am for coffee at At the Chapel for a 9am depart (from Lower Backway). We’ll be heading out via Shepton Montague, and Verrington Lane, into Wincanton and out to Cucklington. Through to Fifehead Magdalen and Todber, onto Manston then up to Child Okeford. Delightful back lanes to lead us to the Cafe on Gold Hill Organic farm - our destination from last Saturday that was thwarted by Storm Dennis. We’ll take similar lanes home but if anyone wants to extend their ride today there are good routes back via Okeford Fitzpaine, Bulbarrow, Kings Stag and Sherborne.
