Meet BY 6pm latest on Church Bridge Bruton - all welcome for a mixed ability Chaingang followed by Pizza, Beers etc at Castle Cary.

We’ll be running two routes this evening, the Classic 42km Chaingang route, or the slightly shorter La Femme Chaingang at 27.8km. Both start from Church Bridge heading up Wyke & finish just after the railway bridge in Castle Cary. There’s a roaming Pizza van in the market place in Cary, and we can either get beers prior at the George Inn, or book some tables in the courtyard of The Somerset Wine Co. If we’re gonna do the latter then we’ll need numbers.

Please do come along, whether you’ve experienced Chaingang before or not. It’s a non drop ride, groups of 4-6 riders working together, aiming to improve ability to hold higher speeds and ride in closer groups.

We’ll send a message out on the BCC WhatsApp on Tuesday evening to gauge interest in booking tables at the Somerset Wine Co.
