A slightly relaxed start this morning with meet from 8.45am Hive Bruton for coffee, for a 9.15am depart. A hilly route out to Mells, hoping to arrive for when the gates open to the Walled Garden at 11am. 50km route.

Heading up Wyke, onto Lamyatt, then to Chesterblade to gain the height needed to cross via Leigh on Mendip. Then Vobster and Mells where we’ll refuel at the Mells Walled Garden cafe. Back via Nunney, Witham Friary and Upton Noble.
