Cat has now left her cafe at Bruton Convenience Store so until that location recommences under new ownership, we’ll be meeting at AtTheChapel, High Street Bruton (Leave bikes round the back off Lower Backway and walk up the Barton to the front entrance) Meet 08:30 Grand depart 9:00, we’ll swing past Church Bridge picking up anyone who doesn’t want to meet for coffee first.

Heading out towards Batcombe and Westcombe then up the Mendips towards Cranmore. We then make our way to Stoke St Michael and on towards Binegar. We circle back to the cafe stop at Rocky Mountain Cafe, for a well earned refuel stop. Return leg heads down into Wells and skirt our way to Launcherley, via Dulcote. We then head back to Bruton through West Pennard effectively doing the old Chain Gang route in reverse.
