Meet from 8.30am at Burnt Honey, Castle Cary, for an 8.45am depart. Heading up past the Newt, out to Wincanton on Verrington Lane, down Common Lane out to Cucklington, down through Fifehead, Todber, Manston, to Child Okeford, out to Shillingston and Okeford Fitzpaine before the ascent of of Bulbarrow, and out to Milton Abbas for refuel at either The View or Steeptonbill. Return leg via Anstey, Hazlebury Bryan, Alweston and Sherborne, up through Corton Denham and Cadbury’s back to Cary.
