A Wet and Windy Weekend

Good to see 7 Mighty BCC on Saturday and 4 on Sunday braving wind, rain, floods, even a ford, to get the miles in this weekend. Drafting was soggy, so Saturday involved lots of side by side chat, including on Dr L’s Breeze ride - attended by 3 Breeze Champions and 5 ladies around Yetminster. All the cafe stops this weekend were awesome - thanks to the Cafe on Goldhill Organic Farm, the Old School Gallery Cafe on Saturday. Moods were suppressed by more heavy rain on Sunday so consensus was for Merriott rather than Quantocks, to revisit the delights of the Feed Station where we were warmly welcomed and got the fire side seats - result!!! Weather looks more clement next weekend, so check your bike over and come join us.
